AutoClip: from stream to Shorts
Your clips are ready on their own when the stream ends. What gets caught, how it is cut, and where to adjust it.
- Automatic moment detectionAutomatic, every stream
- We watch chat intensity and other signals throughout your stream. When it ends, the moments with the biggest reaction are cut as clips. Nothing to install, nothing to press.
- 9:16 vertical ShortsAutomatic, every stream
- Every clip is reframed vertical. Your camera is found automatically; game and camera get their own panels in a split layout, and the framing follows scene changes.
- Automatic captionsAutomatic, every stream
- Speech is transcribed and highlighted word by word. Bold, Minimal and Hype presets; font, size, color, outline and position are yours to set.
- Profanity censorNewSettings
- When on, new clips mute profanity and star it out in captions, so they stay within YouTube's monetization rules. In the editor you can lift or add the censor word by word.
- Silence cutterSettings
- Long silent moments are skipped with jumpcuts; cuts land on word boundaries and the audio crossfades. Light, Medium and Heavy levels. Turn it on per clip in the editor or channel-wide from your template.
- Clip templateEditor
- Set up one clip the way you like in the editor and hit 'Make this my template'. Every clip after that arrives with the same caption style, logo, camera position and silence setting, and the editor opens in it too.
- Copyrighted music warningDashboard
- Finished Shorts are scanned for copyrighted music. Matches show a 'Copyrighted music' tag on the Content tab, so you know before you upload.
- !clip commandChat bot
- When a viewer types !clip in chat, that moment is marked. Once enough people ask (or a moderator types it), it lands on your dashboard as a clip after the stream. Chat gets a short acknowledgement right away.
- Stream-end reminderChat bot
- When the stream ends, a 'your clips are being prepared' message is posted to your chat. Your viewers know where the clips will be.
- Clip digest emailSettings
- Your best clips in your inbox after each stream. Switch it off in settings.
Editor
Every clip opens in the browser. Anything that arrived automatically can be changed by hand; a re-render takes a few minutes on the server.
- Framing and scenesEditor
- Stream, left camera, right camera, camera on top and center vertical layouts. A separate layout and frame per scene; drag and resize the camera and content boxes, slide the crop.
- Trim and extendEditor
- Drag the handles to shorten the clip or add what came before and after. We keep extra footage around every clip, so a cut-off sentence is recoverable.
- CutEditor
- Click once at the start and once at the end on the timeline; the part you don't want is gone. As many cuts as you like, undo any time.
- Caption editingEditor
- Fix, add, delete captions line by line and shift their timing. Toggle censored words on and off with one click on the timeline.
- Filters and overlaysEditor
- Warm, Cool, Vivid, Mono, Noir and Dreamy filters, plus vignette. Add text, emoji and sticker overlays and drag them in the preview.
- Logo and brandingEditor
- Add your logo and handle, pick a corner or place them freely. Intro and outro cards ('Welcome!', 'Subscribe!') in one click.
- Download or send to YouTubeEditor
- Download the finished Short, or connect your YouTube account and send it as a Short in one click.
