Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Clipp.tv service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Clipp.tv is a tool that provides analytics for Kick streamers, automatic clip and Shorts production from public stream data, and community discovery. The Service is in an early-access stage and its features may change over time.
2. Accounts
Some parts of the Service require you to sign in with Kick. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only claim a channel that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,
- strain the infrastructure with automated or excessive requests (including scraping),
- violate the rights of others or Kick’s terms of service.
4. Content, Clips, and Copyright
The Service produces clip drafts from public streams. You are solely responsible for holding the necessary rights to the content you produce, download, or share. Third-party content (for example movie/series watch parties, music, game cinematics, or branded content) may be protected by copyright, and sharing it may constitute an infringement. Clipp.tv is not responsible for the consequences of such use. For copyright infringement notices, contact support@clipp.tv.
5. Use of Clips in Promotion and Advertising
While your channel’s clips are public, you grant Clipp.tv a worldwide, royalty-free (no fees charged), non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and process those clips and the Shorts, frames, and thumbnails produced from them. This license covers publishing and displaying your clips in the Discover feed, on the Service’s own pages, on our social media accounts, and in paid advertising channels (for example Meta and Google ads) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and advertising the Service.
This license only covers clips produced through the Service from your public streams and does not transfer ownership of the rights to your content; your content belongs to you. The license allows us to use your clips only to the extent needed to display and promote the Service and your content.
If you do not want your clips used in promotion or advertising, you can turn off the Settings > “Clips are public” option in your dashboard. When this option is turned off, your clips are removed from public pages and are not used in new promotion or advertising. Removing copies that have already been published or delivered to third-party channels from circulation may take a reasonable amount of time.
6. Kick and Third-Party Trademarks
The “Kick” name, logo, and all related trademarks belong to their rights holders. Clipp.tv is an independent tool; it is not endorsed by Kick and has no official partnership or affiliation with Kick.
7. Fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge as part of early access. We may offer paid plans or change pricing in the future; if we do, we will notify you in advance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no express or implied warranty that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be fit for a particular purpose. Automatically produced clips and analytics data may contain errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clipp.tv cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
10. Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the “Last updated” date changes accordingly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
